PDA Students

We understand that throughout your degree, you work hard to achieve your goals, with many of you preparing for exams and submitting coursework all alongside working in various pharmacy settings in the evenings and at weekends.

We recognise this commitment to the profession and work to ensure that you have the protection, support and encouragement to achieve success.

The PDA is committed to supporting you throughout your journey to becoming a qualified pharmacist. The views you share with us and the issues of concern to you are of importance both because you are the profession of tomorrow and because you already matter today.

PDA membership includes indemnity and legal defence costs insurance, access to lawyers and pharmacist advisors, and membership of the PDA Union. If you want any advice or support, you don’t need to feel alone and isolated; you can contact us.

PDA membership is FREE to pharmacy students and trainees. If you have not yet joined, we encourage you to join today and encourage your colleagues to do the same.
