  • Financial statement to members – 2017

    Thu 31st August 2017 PDA Union

    Under the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (Amended), the PDA Union is required to circulate to all members key financial information along with details of the salary and benefits provided to the President, General Secretary and any other members of the National Executive Committee. 

  • PDA Union awarded Certificate of Independence

    Fri 24th December 2010 PDA Union

    The Trade Union Certification Officer has confirmed that the PDA Union had been successful in its application under section 6 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 for a certificate of independence.
