PDA Education Launches Member Learning Needs Survey

PDA Education provides free training to PDA members through its online Education Hub, online live events, courses and workshops and through in-person face-to-face training. In order to identify member needs and enhance the training and support offered to members, PDA Education has launched a Member Learning Needs Survey.

Wed 5th January 2022 The PDA

The PDA has always wanted to ensure that members are supported in a wide range of ways and the delivery of the Education programme to be part of this support was accelerated due to the global pandemic.

In its first year, the Education programme has focused on supporting prov-regs, pre-regs (now trainees) and student members through the online Education Hub and has received positive feedback from members who have taken part in these training programmes.

Now PDA Education wants to expand on the support and types of training it can offer to all PDA members and is asking members to have their say by taking part in this survey.

The survey has been designed to ask members about their experience of professional learning and development and find out what members would like PDA Education to offer. By completing the survey, the training programmes on offer through PDA Education will be better suited to the training needs of members.

PDA members are invited to complete this survey, which should take no longer than 10 minutes.

The survey deadline is 13 February 2022. The survey results will be published in March 2022.

Two new courses available FREE to PDA members

PDA Education is also launching two new courses; the first all member programmes to be delivered through the Education Hub. The first course, titled ‘Being a Mentee and Being a Mentor’ launches later this month. The second course is titled ‘Self-registration’ and launches in February.

Both courses will be open for members to register on 19 January 2022. PDA Members, keep an eye on your inbox for your personal invitation!
