This course will help attendees:
- Understand more about the role of the PDA Workplace Rep
- Gain an understanding of the rights that workplace reps have and the activities that can be undertaken
- Examine key workplace policies and procedures and how they can be used to support members
- Develop a plan to support a member with an issue
- Use case studies to develop a systematic approach to problem-solving
