This course will help attendees:
- Gain an understanding of the role and rights of a health and safety representative
- Learn about the employer’s main duties under health and safety legislation in relation to health, safety, and welfare
- Practice how to apply a health and safety approach to their role as a rep
- Develop confidence when raising health and safety concerns on behalf of PDA members
- Learn where to look for health and safety information
