PDA launches General practice pharmacist work satisfaction survey

The PDA is calling on all pharmacists who work in general practice (irrespective of how they are employed) to participate in a satisfaction survey that looks at pay, training support, thoughts on safe working, and how the initial education and training of pharmacists will impact patient safety.

Mon 22nd May 2023 The PDA

The results of the survey will help shape the PDA’s interactions with regulators and educational bodies in the four UK nations and will feature in the PDA’s ‘in-house’ magazine, Insight.

The survey is split into two halves to take into account the start of the PCN DES scheme. The first half is for pharmacists working in England and the second half is for those working in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

The survey is targeted at all pharmacists (PDA members and non-members), who work in general practice, part, or full time, regardless of their employment status.

The survey will close on Monday 19 June.
