Since its launch in 2020, PDA Education has provided members with free access to a growing range of professional development opportunities, including courses, webinars, guidance and learning resources designed to support pharmacists at every stage of their careers.
PDA Education has evolved significantly in response to changing professional requirements and member feedback. As the pharmacy profession continues to adapt to new clinical services, expanding prescribing responsibilities, advances in digital healthcare, workforce pressures, and evolving regulatory requirements, it is more important than ever that learning opportunities reflect the real needs of pharmacists.
The 2026 Learning Needs Survey will help the PDA to understand the knowledge, skills, and development priorities that matter most to members.
The findings will directly inform the PDA Education programme for 2027, helping to shape future training, events, and resources that support pharmacists in their professional practice, career progression, and wellbeing.
Every response will help the PDA ensure that future learning opportunities remain relevant, practical, and responsive to the realities of pharmacy practice.
Have your say and help shape future learning for the profession.
The survey will close on Monday 31 August 2026.
