Following the experience of their probationary period, “Shaz” agreed with the employer that they would leave. However, the GP Practice employer tried to only pay a single week of notice.

The PDA advised member Shaz of her contractual rights and assisted her with a wrongful dismissal claim.

Shaz received the full month notice to which she was entitled.
